Students Enrolled Last School Year:
If you have a account, follow these instructions:
1. Go to www.goodwellschools.org
2. Click on the Gradebook parent portal tab. (This will take you to the login)
3. Enter your username and password.
If you do not have a username and password you will need to request one.
4. Click on Student Records Portal
5. Click Enroll Student-2026-2027 for every student listed
6. Step 1 Student Demographics- Click Save and Continue to Step 2 (You do not need to update this information).
7. Step 2 Relations-. Please make sure you update (address, phone numbers,and emails) or remove any
emergency contact.
8. Step 3 Documents- Please complete all the forms that are Required.
9. After completing all the required documents, Click Submit to Site on the top right corner to complete the
enrollment. (If something was not signed or completed you will be getting an email letting you know what is needed).

1. Go to www.goodwellschools.org

Request an Account
Click on Guardian
Enter your email address
Enter the code that was sent to your email
Enter your cell phone number, and Method you will receive your verification code
Enter the code that was sent to your cell phone
Enter your name
Verify your Information and Click Submit Once your request is submitted successfully. You will receive further instructions from your school district by the email or the phone number you provided.
3. Once you have a account. Enter your username and password
4. Click on Student Records Portal
5. Click Add New Student
6. Step 1 Student Demographics- Enter the new students information and Click Save and Continue to Step 2.
7. Step 2 Relations-. Enter Emergency Contact in the order we would contact each one.
8. Step 3 Documents- Upload and complete all the forms that are Required.
9. After completing all the required documents, Click Submit to Site on the top right
corner to complete the enrollment. (If something was not signed or completed you will be
getting an email letting you know what is needed)
